  Awful experience. Absolutely Terrible. My wife and I stopped in the store and saw a ring that we liked, but the size was too big. No big deal the woman said, they could custom make the ring with the same diamonds and ruby quality but at a smaller size and ship it to us. We completely got up-sold as the saleswoman said it will ship in 2 weeks, maybe even less. I paid up front that day as required, and low and behold 4.5 weeks later I have still have no ring! On top of that, they seem annoyed every time my wife and I call in and say a custom project could take up to 6 weeks so we should stop calling. I'll update this post as more details come, but as of now I would never recommend anyone to do high-quality business with this store. Unprofessional and dishonest with expectations. Poor customer service and phone support.
